I need a workout routine. I think the reason I’ve been so sporadic about going is because I don’t have any order to what I do things. Also, I’m mildly embarrassed by my lack of workout knowledge so that doesn’t help.


@alexmcculley19 I think the hardest part is deciding on the time and then making a habit. If you are busy at work, the easiest time is morning or evening. Would one of those work for you?

I've got a good routine on weekends, I struggle during the week.

@Columbkille Yeah, I could wake up early and go. I just have a hard time being consistent
