... Let's pray for him, his friends, his church and us!
Robert Cardinal Sarah, if you recognize my remarks, please pray for a good end of the Fulda meeting! God bless you!
@ George : Please share this message wherever you can, it is a case of urgency! Thank you for this!

In Germany, we actually have the fall meeting of our bishops in Fulda whose majority looks for a shism by denying everything our former popes did teach. They want the end of celibacy, women priests, free divorce, free homosexuality and so on.
My hero is Rainer Maria Cardinal Woelki, Archbishop of (2000 year old, roman foundet) Cologne, at river Rhine who is fighting for our values. ...

Future Olympiad Gold Medal winner previewed.

If men, feeling like women, can trounce others in "womens sports", then it follows that robots, feeling like humans should be able to compete too.

I imagine a woke future where an iron man (well, someone created in metal who now identifies as a person) will crush the competition in the "iron man" competition.

(Lk 8:19-21)
Then his mother and his brothers came to him but were unable to join him because of the crowd. He was told, "Your mother and your brothers are standing outside and they wish to see you."

He said to them in reply, "My mother and my brothers are those who hear the word of God and act on it."

National Catholic Register has a piece by Rick Becker suggesting that Catholic students and their parents consider faithful PROTESTANT colleges over secular and CINO (Catholic in name only) ones. He makes a lot of good points.

(Lk 8:16-18)
"No one who lights a lamp conceals it with a vessel or sets it under a bed; rather, he places it on a lampstand so that those who enter may see the light.

For there is nothing hidden that will not become visible, and nothing secret that will not be known and come to light.

Take care, then, how you hear. To anyone who has, more will be given, and from the one who has not, even what he seems to have will be taken away."

(Lk 16:13)
No servant can serve two masters. He will either hate one and love the other, or be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon."

(Mt 9:11-13)
The Pharisees saw this and said to his disciples, "Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?"

He heard this and said, "Those who are well do not need a physician, but the sick do.

Go and learn the meaning of the words, 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.' I did not come to call the righteous but sinners."

It is important to keep in mind the behavior of the MSM and radical pro-abortion politicians. Lies and games WILL reappear immediately upon the next Supreme Court nomination.

While we don't know who that will be, we do know that someone will recall uncorroborated scandalous, illegal and immoral behavior. The MSM and pro-abortion forces will loudly "believe" them regardless of how far the stretch. Etc, etc, etc.

WE should be outraged at this and use our votes to reflect that. We have been lied to and manipulated long enough.

(Lk 8:1-3)
Afterward he journeyed from one town and village to another, preaching and proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God. Accompanying him were the Twelve and some women who had been cured of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary, called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out, Joanna, the wife of Herod's steward Chuza, Susanna, and many others who provided for them out of their resources.

(Lk 7:47-50)
So I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven; hence, she has shown great love. But the one to whom little is forgiven, loves little."

He said to her, "Your sins are forgiven."

The others at table said to themselves, "Who is this who even forgives sins?"

But he said to the woman, "Your faith has saved you; go in peace."

"No Catholic could subscribe even to moderate socialism." (Pope St. John XXIII)

CCC 2425: The Church has rejected the totalitarian and atheistic ideologies associated in modem times with "communism" or "socialism." ...

What popes have said about socialism:

(Lk 7:31-35)
"Then to what shall I compare the people of this generation? What are they like?

They are like children who sit in the marketplace and call to one another, 'We played the flute for you, but you did not dance. We sang a dirge, but you did not weep.' For John the Baptist came neither eating food nor drinking wine, and you said, 'He is possessed by a demon.'

The Son of Man came eating and drinking and you said, 'Look, he is a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners.' But wisdom is vindicated by all her children."

This is the record of the descendants of Adam. When God created human beings, he made them in the likeness of God; he created them male and female. When they were created, he blessed them and named them humankind.
Genesis 5:1-2

Please DO NOT allow yourself to be conditioned by the . There is an old saying that if you keep lying long enough, eventually people will start to believe you.

The NY Times and the rest of the main stream media are no longer trustworthy. That has been true for a while, but at this point is an almost laughable understatement.

This is the most recent example:

The Catholic Herald article doesn't mention that the only accuser, who claims to be a witness but whose alleged victim denies it, happens to be Clinton's lawyer and harbors professional and political animus against Kavanaugh.

Leading Democrat candidates immediately called for Kavanaugh's impeachment. Sure.

(Lk 7:14-16)
He stepped forward and touched the coffin; at this the bearers halted, and he said, "Young man, I tell you, arise!"

The dead man sat up and began to speak, and Jesus gave him to his mother.

Fear seized them all, and they glorified God, exclaiming, "A great prophet has arisen in our midst," and "God has visited his people."

(Lk 7:6-7,9-10)
And Jesus went with them, but when he was only a short distance from the house, the centurion sent friends to tell him, "Lord, do not trouble yourself, for I am not worthy to have you enter under my roof. Therefore, I did not consider myself worthy to come to you; but say the word and let my servant be healed.

When Jesus heard this he was amazed at him and, turning, said to the crowd following him, "I tell you, not even in Israel have I found such faith." When the messengers returned to the house, they found the slave in good health.

Rent control is a good thing, right? It helps the poor and limits greedy landlords.

Here is an interesting video that explains the consequences of government imposed price controls.

(Lk 15:4-7)
"What man among you having a hundred sheep and losing one of them would not leave the ninety-nine in the desert and go after the lost one until he finds it?

And when he does find it, he sets it on his shoulders with great joy and, upon his arrival home, he calls together his friends and neighbors and says to them, 'Rejoice with me because I have found my lost sheep.'

I tell you, in just the same way there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous people who have no need of repentance.

(Jn 3:13-17)
No one has gone up to heaven except the one who has come down from heaven, the Son of Man. And just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, so that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life."

For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him.
